Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By installing or using the InsiderHeat browser extension ("Service"), operated by Strickland Digital LLC ("Company", "we", "our", or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

InsiderHeat is a browser extension that monitors publicly available activity feeds on ON3, 247Sports, Reddit, and X/Twitter platforms and sends desktop notifications when new posts are detected.

The Service requires that you have valid accounts and appropriate access to the platforms you wish to monitor. InsiderHeat does not provide access to these platforms.

3. User Accounts

To access certain features, you may need to create an account using Google Sign-In. You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your account
  • All activities that occur under your account
  • Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use

4. Subscription and Payments

Free Tier

The free tier allows monitoring of up to 3 insider profiles at no cost.

Plus Subscription

The Plus subscription provides unlimited monitoring capabilities. By subscribing, you agree to:

  • Pay the applicable subscription fees (monthly or annual)
  • Automatic renewal unless canceled before the renewal date
  • Fees being charged to your payment method on file

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through the extension or your Stripe account. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial billing periods.

Price Changes

We reserve the right to change subscription prices. Price changes will be communicated in advance and will apply to the next billing cycle after the change.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to circumvent any usage limitations
  • Reverse engineer or decompile the extension
  • Share your account with others
  • Use the Service in a way that could damage or overburden third-party platform servers
  • Resell or redistribute notifications or data obtained through the Service

6. Third-Party Platforms

InsiderHeat interacts with ON3, 247Sports, Reddit, and X/Twitter platforms. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to these platforms. Your use of their services is subject to their respective terms of service and privacy policies.

We do not guarantee continued compatibility with these platforms, as they may change their systems at any time.

7. Intellectual Property

The InsiderHeat extension, including its code, design, and branding, is owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use the extension for personal, non-commercial purposes.

Content from ON3 and 247Sports belongs to their respective owners. InsiderHeat only notifies you of new content; it does not store or redistribute third-party content.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT:

  • The Service will be uninterrupted or error-free
  • Notifications will be delivered in real-time
  • The Service will detect all new posts
  • The Service will remain compatible with third-party platforms

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM:

  • Your use or inability to use the Service
  • Any unauthorized access to your account
  • Missed notifications or delayed alerts
  • Changes to third-party platforms affecting Service functionality

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless InsiderHeat and its operators from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

11. Modifications to Service

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time, with or without notice. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the extension. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
